We are very excited to be holding the Simulated Congressional Hearings (SCH) once again.  For 2023, judges will once again be in-person with students except for at Gorman Crossing ES and Laurel Woods ES.

To register to judge, please go to: http://tinyurl.com/2022-SCH-Judge.  After you register, look for a confirmation email from Member Solutions.  You will also recieve an email 2 weeks prior to the hearings with additional details and judging materials.

The official webpage of the Howard County Public School System's Simulated Congressional Hearings (SCH). During the SCH, students assume the roles of Constitutional experts and prepare speeches using supporting current events. They present these speeches before a panel of judges, followed by a question and answer session.
